Remembrance - Legacy

Remember the families of our fallen heroes.
What are we Remembering?
Every year, on 11 November at 11 am – the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month – we pause to remember those men and women who have died or suffered in all wars, conflicts and peace operations. To read the history of Remembrance Day visit the DVA and the RSL websites.

Since 1923 Legacy has kept their promise to Australian veterans and taken care of the families of those who have died or become incapacitated as a result of their active service.

How does Legacy Remember?
  • Pension advocacy and financial hardship relief for young families,
  • Education and development support for children;
  • Enduring care and independence skills for disabled dependants;
  • Financial support and protection from social isolation for ageing widows.
Legacy currently supports the families of over 100,000 deceased veterans, but this number continues to grow.

Please help us keep a promise to our mates who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

Please give generously this Remembrance Day.
