| Adelaide Legacy is governed by its Constitution and Rules and the requirement to comply with the national
Code of Legacy. It is incorporated under the South Australian Associations Incorporation Act and is managed by a Board of Management chaired by the President.

Executive Officer Mr Rainer Jozeps, is based at Legacy House in Adelaide.
