Inverell Legacy has various events and fundraising days throughout the year.

Friday Night Raffles
| Every Friday night, in conjunction with the Cricket and Pistol Clubs, Legacy conducts a meat raffle at the RSM. The raffles commence at 6.30 pm and each winner gets to choose their prize from the remaining trays. Proceeds are split between the three participating clubs.

April
| The President’s Luncheon is usually held on the second Sunday in April; however, this depends on when Easter falls.
This is an invitation only event held acknowledge the support and donations, which have been received over the preceding twelve months from members of the public. Invitees include other Legacy Clubs, donors, businesses, other community service clubs and representatives from local, state & federal government.

May and September
| Clothing & household sundry drives are held twice per year, normally on the third Sunday in May & September. The public can assist in this venture by putting out saleable quality clothing & sundries for collection.

September
| Legacy Week, in early September, is Legacy’s annual fundraising campaign. It is the time of the year when Legacy reaches out to the public for financial support for its programs to assist widows and dependants of deceased veterans. Volunteers, including school students and Legatees sell colourful badges ranging in price from $2.

|
December
| The Venetian Carnival is held on the first Saturday in December. Legacy always has a Chocolate Wheel where, if you are lucky, you can win a ham.
