REMEMBER LEGACY IN YOUR WILL

Legacy is reliant on contributions from the community, of which bequests are a significant part, in order for it to carry out its vital work. After having carefully considered your family and friends in your Will, making a bequest to Legacy ensures that you leave a lasting legacy which will continue to make a difference well into the future and ensures that you will be well remembered.

As a guide Sydney Legacy recommends the following wording for general bequests:

'I give and bequeath the sum of $______ to Sydney Legacy ABN 22 000 048 868 to be utilised for general purposes of such fund and the receipt of any one of the Directors for the time being of such fund shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees.'
