Wagga Wagga Legacy runs several events during the year to raise funds for Legacy’s work and to increase the awareness of
Legacy. These activities include:

Stock Drive


In 1968 Junee Legatees initiated the Stock Drive to raise funds for Legacy for the provision of support for the widows and dependants of war veterans.

In 2012, the 44th Annual Legacy Stock Drive will be held through the courtesy of the Wagga Selling Agents Association, Wagga City Council and the rural community.

Legacy Week


"Keep the Promise Campaign" - September 2nd to September 8th 2012

Since 1923 Legacy has kept their promise to look after the families of deceased veterans. Buy a badge during Legacy Week and together we can keep the promise.

Christmas Trees


Wagga Legacy is grateful for the support received each year from fellow Ex-Service Organisations, Community Groups and volunteers to collect and sell fresh Christmas Trees at Legacy House.

The funds raised assist with the distribution of Christmas Hampers and other gifts to widows.
