Legacy Clubs around Australia and in London have been working extremely hard to support our widows, families, staff and Legatees. During these unprecedented times, it has become more vital than ever to ensure our beneficiaries are being looked after.
Legacy understands that this can be an extremely difficult time for those in our care, and all is being done to ensure that the Legacy promise is kept – helping and giving back to those who gave so much.
Approximately 40,000 of our 50,000 widows are over 70. These vulnerable Australians have been asked by the Australian government and health authorities to stay indoors for the health and safety of themselves and their communities. We urge Legacy widows who need help during this time to contact their Legatees as well as their local Club to find out how Legacy can be of further help and assistance.
