- Data Distribution: Your donation and personal information will be passed to the Legacy Club responsible for your region, based on your postcode, unless otherwise specified by the donor.

- Data Retention: Legacy Clubs retain your personal information in line with the Legacy Australia Privacy Policy.
- Legacy Club Services: Legacy Club Services is a Legacy Australia associated entity who is engaged to process, manage and store data in relation to your donation.
