Legacy Club Services is pleased to announce a new partnership with Lumia Care, bringing veterans’ families trusted, personalised support to help them remain safe, comfortable and connected at home.

While Lumia Care may be a new name, it is built on a strong foundation of experience in veterans’ care, through respected organisations within its group – particularly Regal Health, which has supported veterans and the community for decades.

Through this partnership, eligible Legacy beneficiaries who hold a Gold or White Department of Veterans’ Affairs Card can access services under the Veterans’ Home Care Program or the Veterans’ Community Nursing Program. Where additional support is needed, the Lumia Care team can also assist with navigating government-funded packages or private care options.

Lumia Care provides a broad range of services, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, shopping, respite, and more complex clinical services such as wound care, medication management and overnight nursing. Services are delivered by a dedicated team of Support Workers, Registered Nurses, and Allied Health professionals who offer both clinical expertise and genuine compassion.

Carers are also supported, with in-home respite and emergency relief to help them rest and recharge, confident that care is in place.

Michael Hall, Lumia Care’s Chief Operations Officer, said of the partnership: “Veterans’ care has and always will be part of the fabric of Lumia Care. We’re proud to stand alongside Legacy in supporting the families of those who have served our country.”

CEO of Legacy Club Services, Michael Ducie, said: “Our partnership with Lumia Care is a natural alignment of values and purpose. Lumia Care’s dedication to delivering compassionate, personalised care complements Legacy’s mission to honour and support the families of those who have served our country. Together, we’re creating a stronger, more responsive support network, one that not only meets the needs of our community but uplifts them through shared commitment and care.”
