Legacy Australia is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RSL Australia. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in our shared
commitment to supporting veterans and their families.
The MOU outlines key areas of collaboration, including coordinated advocacy in response to the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide, shared resources to enhance service
delivery, and joint fundraising efforts.
Legacy Chairman Wayne McNee and RSL National President Greg Melick affirmed the importance of this alliance, recognising the distinct yet complementary roles our organisations play in veteran care.
Chairman Wayne McNee said, “Legacy Australia is committed to the care of the families of veterans who have given their lives or their health in service to their country. In situations where the veteran may still be present but is not able to support their family, Legacy Australia may seek the support of RSL Australia.”
Together, we are building a stronger, more unified future for those who have served.
